Prawn and Chestnut Wontons
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 8 green prawns peeled and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 4 water chestnuts finely diced
- small bunch of coriander finely chopped
- 1 packet wonton wrappers
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Place a heaped teaspoon of mixture onto a wonton wrapper and fold
- Line a bamboo steamer with baking paper
- Bring a wok containing water to the boil
- Place wontons into steamer and steam over boiling water until the wonton is cooked, about 5 mins
- Alternatively you can fry in hot oil until cooked
